BENBROOK, TX – The Western Hills Lady Cougars are on a roll!

With a 5-2 win over Diamond Hill-Jarvis on Tuesday, they’ve now strung together three straight victories, outscoring opponents by an average of 5.5 goals during the streak.

The Lady Cougars’ 9-11 overall record (9-4 in district play) has them sitting in third place, keeping their postseason hopes alive. But there’s no time to celebrate—they hit the road tomorrow at 7:45 p.m. to face a red-hot Southwest squad riding a three-game win streak of their own. Expect a battle!

On the boys’ side, the Cougars fought hard but fell 4-2 against a tough, highly ranked Diamond Hill-Jarvis team. The loss snapped a three-game road winning streak, bringing their record to 9-8-2 overall (8-5 in district), also sitting at third place in district standings.
