Benbrook Schools Face Off in Cornhole Tournament.

A little friendly competition is coming to the Benbrook Backyard later this month, and local schools will be competing for bragging rights.

The first Benbrook Bags, Boards & Bragging Rights Cornhole Tournament is set for Sunday, Oct. 25, from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at the Benbrook Backyard, 9300 Benbrook Blvd.

Teams will compete while representing schools in the Benbrook Middle-High School pyramid, including Benbrook Elementary, Rolling Hills Elementary, Westpark Elementary, and Benbrook Middle-High School.

Registration is $20 per team, and players must be 21 or older. Residents hoping to represent their school should grab a teammate and register early.

Jakes & Tacos & Avocados is hosting the tournament.
