Despite their top player battling under the weather, the Lady Cougars broke a five-year losing streak against the Lady Bobcats, clinching a hard-fought 37-31 victory—their first win in the rivalry since December 2019, ending a 0-10 record.
The Lady Bobcats showed grit and determination, pushing the game to the wire and making their community proud. They’ll look to bounce back tomorrow at home against the Eastern Hills Highlanders at 7:30 p.m.
