Benbrook City Council to Consider Fuel Station, Construction Noise Rules.

โ€ข

A proposed automotive fueling station near Loop 820 and changes to construction noise regulations are among the items Benbrook City Council will consider at its meeting Thursday, November 5.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Benbrook City Hall, 911 Winscott Road, and includes several matters affecting local development, neighborhoods, and city finances.

One notable item is a proposed zoning change for about 9.1 acres near the northwest corner of Southwest Loop 820 and Benbrook Boulevard, at 8401, 8402, and 8411 Vista Way.

The change would allow the city to consider an automotive fueling station through a conditional use permit process. A public hearing is scheduled before the council takes possible action.

Council members will also consider revising the city’s construction noise ordinance, which governs when construction activities and associated noise are permitted.

Other agenda items include proposed changes to the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation’s bylaws, hotel occupancy tax distributions for the 2026-27 fiscal year, city financial and investment reports, and a fire and emergency medical services contract with Tarrant County Emergency Services District No. 1.

Residents may address council members during designated public comment periods, with speakers limited to three minutes.

The meeting is open to the public, and the council may take action on any agenda item.

Residents can review the full November 5 City Council agenda before attending.
