Funky Town Freeze is open today, but this week’s schedule comes with a few changes.
The Benbrook snow cone stand will be open Monday from 3 to 8 p.m., then head over to National Night Out at Dutch Branch Park on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
The stand returns to regular service Wednesday and Thursday from 3 to 8 p.m., then closes Friday through the following Monday.
And why the long weekend? The family is taking the kids fishing.
So if a snow cone is calling your name this week, Monday through Thursday is your window.
