Blood Drive Returns to Benbrook Public Library on March 6.

A simple act on a Friday afternoon could help save a life.

The Friends of the Benbrook Library will partner with Carter BloodCare to host a community blood drive on Friday, March 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Carter BloodCare bus will be stationed at the Benbrook Public Library, 1065 Mercedes Street.

Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment in advance. As a thank you, each participant will receive a quilted tote bag while supplies last.

Blood donations support hospitals across North Texas, providing critical resources for surgeries, trauma care, and ongoing medical treatment. For many residents, this drive offers a convenient opportunity to give close to home.

In a community known for showing up for one another, this is another chance to do just that.
