Benbrook City Council to Recognize Lemonade Day Winners, Review Transportation Agreement.

Benbrook City Council will meet Thursday, June 4, at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 911 Winscott Road, with a mix of community recognition and city business on the agenda.

One of the evening’s highlights will be the recognition of local Lemonade Day winners, who recently showcased their creativity, business skills, and hard work.

Council members are also expected to consider an interlocal agreement with the Fort Worth Transportation Authority to continue transportation services for Benbrook residents aged 65 and older, as well as residents with disabilities. The proposed agreement would cover services from June 2026 through May 2027.

The meeting will also include citizen comments, approval of minutes from the May 21 meeting, reports from city staff, and council member updates.

Residents wishing to speak on an agenda item or during citizen comment periods will have up to three minutes to address the council.

For those interested in staying informed about local decisions and community initiatives, Thursday’s meeting offers another opportunity to see city government in action and learn more about issues affecting Benbrook residents.

Additional meeting information and agendas are available on the City of Benbrook website.
