Benbrook residents have an opportunity to make a life-saving impact as the Friends of the Benbrook Library partner with Carter BloodCare for a community blood drive.

On Friday, March 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., a Carter BloodCare donation bus will be stationed at the Benbrook Public Library parking lot, offering a convenient way for donors to give blood and support those in need. Walk-ins are welcome, but donors can also schedule an appointment in advance.

The event underscores the ongoing need for blood donations in the region, helping to ensure local hospitals and patients receive critical care. For more details or to schedule a donation, visit Carter BloodCare’s website or contact blood drive coordinator Russell Kegley at rbkegley@pobox.com.
