BENBROOK, TX – The Benbrook Lady Bobcats delivered their most explosive performance of the season Tuesday night.
They crushed Diamond Hill-Jarvis 19-2 behind a season-high offensive surge. With the win, they’ve now won three straight, improving to 6-5 overall and 1-0 in district play.
Maelee Lindley was unstoppable at the plate, going a perfect 4-for-4 with seven RBI, two runs, and a double, setting a new career-high in hits. Sealee Lindley was just as dominant, going 3-for-3 with three doubles, two runs, and two RBI. The Lady Bobcats were locked in all game, finishing with a .700 on-base percentage, their best mark of the season.
Riding their momentum, Benbrook traveled to the Mineral Wells Softball Tournament, where they took on Graford at 12:00 PM today. A score has yet to be reported. However, With Graford on a three-game skid, the Lady Bobcats will look to keep their hot streak alive.
