What does it take to earn a customer’s trust and keep it? That was the focus of the Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce’s October Monthly Membership Luncheon at Ridglea Country Club.
The Chamber welcomed representatives from the Better Business Bureau Heart of Texas for a presentation titled “The Power of Trust in Business,” exploring how relationships, reputation, and customer confidence contribute to long-term business success.
Before the featured presentation, Cici Zaragoza with Texas Roadhouse shared marketing and advertising opportunities designed to help local businesses connect with customers and the surrounding community.
The luncheon also gave Chamber members an opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships with fellow business owners.
For Benbrook businesses, the afternoon’s conversation centered on something you can’t simply buy with advertising: earning the trust of the people you serve.
