Change is brewing at the corner of US Highway 377 and Sproles. What was once a quiet, fading Valero gas station has quickly transformed into the future home of Benbrook’s first 7 Brew Coffee.
Many locals guessed it might be a Dutch Bros or HTeaO, but the rapid-fire construction belongs to 7 Brew. In just weeks, the site has progressed from demolition to completion, with the parking lot nearly finished, the concrete slab poured, and a prefabricated brick building now in place. A crane recently dropped the structure in, and from the looks of it, things are moving at full speed. If the pace holds, Benbrook could be sipping iced lattes by Labor Day.
And that’s not the only sign of momentum. Just south of the new coffee shop, construction is picking up for Jake’s Burgers, Tacos & Avocados, and a remodeled car wash. While opening dates for those projects are still under wraps, one thing is clear: this stretch of Benbrook is buzzing with new life.
