Fort Worth ISD Interim Superintendent Karen Molinar emphasized the critical need for transparency and community support during a recent panel event hosted by the Fort Worth Report.
Addressing an audience of more than 200 attendees, Molinar joined three other community leaders in a candid, hourlong discussion about the district’s challenges and opportunities.
The panel explored key topics such as teacher retention, recruitment, classroom sizes, and transportation. However, the time-constrained event left some audience questions unanswered. The Fort Worth Report has since shared these questions with Molinar, who provided detailed responses on pressing issues facing the district.
