Several topics that could shape Fort Worth’s future are headed to City Council next week.
The Fort Worth City Council will hold a work session on Tuesday, August 4, at 2 p.m. in the City Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail.
Among the meeting’s highlights is an update on the city’s data center regulation and moratorium process, an issue that has drawn growing public interest across Fort Worth and neighboring communities, including Benbrook.
Council members will also receive an update on projected General Fund revenues for Fiscal Year 2027, providing an early look at the city’s financial outlook. The meeting will conclude with a FIFA World Cup wrap-up and post-event recognition, reflecting on Fort Worth’s role in hosting activities connected to the global event.
