FWISD Students Need ID for Home Football Games.

Benbrook students heading out to cheer on the Bobcats have one more thing to remember before leaving home: their student ID.

Benbrook Middle-High School says Fort Worth ISD Athletics has implemented a requirement that students attending FWISD home varsity football games must show a student ID to enter the stadium.

The rule takes effect immediately, so students planning to attend tonight’s Bobcat varsity game at Handley Field will need to bring their ID. Students without one will not be allowed inside.

For Bobcat families with students heading to the game, it is worth sending one last text before they leave: phone, ticket, student ID.

Then they can worry about the important part: getting in the stands and getting loud for the Bobcats.
