Benbrook Walmart shoppers planning to pick up groceries may want to check their inbox before heading to the store.
Walmart Benbrook says its online grocery service is temporarily paused while the store works to restore the platform.
The store is also asking customers with existing orders not to arrive for pickup until they receive an email confirming their order is ready. Orders without that confirmation are not currently available for pickup.
No estimated time for the online service to resume was provided.

If you already have a grocery order in the system, the safest bet is simple: wait for that pickup email before making the trip.
