After days of ice, power concerns, and uncertain road conditions, one thing has been clear across Benbrook. This community was never alone.
As residents stayed home and waited out the winter storm, the Benbrook Fire Department, Benbrook Police Department, and first responders across the area remained on the roads, responding to calls, checking on neighbors, and keeping essential services running at their worst.
Many of these men and women worked long hours in difficult and unpredictable weather, often while their own families waited at home. Their steady presence brought reassurance during a period that tested everyone’s patience and endurance.
Benbrook residents are grateful for the sacrifice, professionalism, and care shown over the past several days. To all first responders and those required to travel the roadways during the storm, thank you for serving when it mattered most. Please continue to stay safe.
