Benbrook Public Library is keeping adults active and engaged this week with wellness-focused programs designed to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and community connection.
The weekly spotlight is Yoga with Ginger, a guided class for adults ages 18 and older. Registration is required.
Monday, May 11
5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. — Yoga with Ginger (Registration Required)
Tuesday, May 12
5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. — Exploring Mindfulness
Yoga with Ginger offers participants a chance to slow down, stretch, and reset after a busy day, while Exploring Mindfulness focuses on practical ways to reduce stress and stay present in everyday life.
The Benbrook Public Library is located at 1065 Mercedes St. in Benbrook.
