Benbrook Dollar General Adjusts Hours While A/C Repairs Are Underway.

Benbrook’s Dollar General is temporarily closing early as crews work to repair the store’s air conditioning system.

Store manager Kristine Lorenz said the location will continue opening daily at 8 a.m., but reduced hours will remain in place until repairs are completed.

“We are not closing permanently, and we are in the process of getting this corrected,” Lorenz said.

The repairs involve several components within the A/C system. Lorenz said she plans to keep the community updated as work progresses.

For now, customers are encouraged to shop earlier in the day while the store operates on its temporary schedule.
