A fresh coat of paint is giving a longtime Benbrook business property a renewed look, thanks in part to a grant from the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation.
The City of Benbrook recently presented Pat Gray Real Estate, LLC, located at 9190 Benbrook Boulevard, with a Storefront Grant to help cover the cost of repainting its office building.
The grant is part of the city’s Storefront Improvement Program, which helps local businesses and property owners maintain and improve their buildings. Eligible projects can receive matching funds covering up to 50% of approved improvement costs.
The program aims to extend the life of commercial properties while encouraging continued investment in Benbrook’s business community.
