Drivers traveling through western Tarrant County and Parker County should prepare for possible highway closures Thursday, October 29, as Vice President JD Vance visits North Texas for a campaign rally.
According to DFW Scanner, Vance is scheduled to attend a rally at JRJ Construction in Parker County beginning at 12:15 p.m.
Road closures near the event are expected between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., with additional highway closures possible along the vice president’s route to and from the rally.
Benbrook residents traveling west toward Parker County or through the surrounding area should allow extra time and consider alternate routes. Specific highway closures and their timing have not been announced.
