Economic development projects, property discussions, and updates on ongoing activity across Benbrook are all on the agenda for the upcoming Benbrook Economic Development Corporation meeting on Monday, May 18.
The BEDC Board will begin with a work session at 6:30 p.m. inside the Central Conference Room at Benbrook City Hall, followed by the regular board meeting at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers at 911 Winscott Road.
Topics scheduled for discussion include development activity reports, city council items of interest, and updates connected to projects at locations including Westpark Drive, Southwest Loop 820, Benbrook Boulevard, and Winscott Road.
The agenda also includes executive session discussions regarding property located at 9353 Benbrook Boulevard and economic development negotiations tied to the “JH Restaurant Project.”
Residents may also speak during the Citizens’ Public Forum portion of the meeting.
