The Benbrook Economic Development Corporation will hold its next regular board meeting on Tuesday, February 17, with a work session beginning at 6:30 pm, followed by the regular meeting at 7:00 pm at Benbrook City Hall, located at 911 Winscott Road.
During the work session, board members are scheduled to review the evening’s agenda and receive staff updates. Those updates may include discussions of recently approved development projects along Westpark Drive, Southwest Loop, and Benbrook Boulevard, a current development activity report, and items of interest from the Benbrook City Council. Economic development initiatives, contracts, marketing efforts, and upcoming activities may also be reviewed as time allows.
The regular meeting will include a public forum, approval of the January 20 meeting minutes, and the director’s report, which features the monthly financial report for the period ending January 31, 2026. All agenda items are subject to final action by the board.
