Summer reading season is in full swing, and the Benbrook Public Library has a full calendar of activities planned for children, teens, and adults throughout the week of June 8-13.
From storytimes and sensory activities for young children to teen art programs, mindfulness workshops, yoga, and family events, there’s something scheduled nearly every day. Highlights include visits from the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge on Thursday, Music with Donna on Friday morning, and Family Fort Night on Friday evening.
Several programs require advance registration, so library staff encourages participants to check event details before attending.
The summer lineup reflects the library’s ongoing effort to provide educational, creative, and family-friendly opportunities for residents of all ages during the school break.
For a complete schedule and registration information, visit the Benbrook Library Weekly Events Calendar. Additional upcoming events can be found on the Monthly Events Calendar.
The Benbrook Public Library is located at 1065 Mercedes St. For more information, visit Benbrook Public Library Website or call 817-249-6632.
Whether you’re looking to learn something new, keep the kids active, or simply spend time with neighbors, the library has plenty happening this week.
