Today, the mercury is expected to soar to a high of 99 degrees, accompanied by a calm wind transitioning to an eastward breeze of about 5 mph in the afternoon. As the sun dips, anticipate a clear night with a comfortable low of around 75 degrees. The east wind will calm as the evening progresses.

On Saturday, we’ll see more of the sun baking the earth with a high near 100 degrees. The wind, calm during the morning, will shift southeast around 5 mph in the afternoon. Like a broken record, the night will be clear with a low around 76 degrees, the southeast wind continuing at the same pace.

Sunday will mirror Saturday’s fiery conditions with a high near 100, but the south wind will pick up a bit, ranging from 5 to 10 mph. The night sky will be clear with a low around 76 degrees, and a south-southeast wind blowing at the same speed.

As for Monday, the sun will have no mercy with a high near 99 degrees, the south wind blowing around 10 mph. The night will be clear with a low around 77, and a south-southeast wind blowing at 5 to 10 mph.

Tuesday will see a repeat of sunny, hot conditions with a high near 99 and a south wind at 5 to 10 mph. The night will be mostly clear with a low around 77.

Wednesday and Thursday are set to round off this week of heat with sunny days and highs near 99. Nights will be mostly clear with lows around 77.
