Shoppers and donors planning a Thursday stop at Goodwill North Central Texas may want to head out a little earlier than usual.
The organization announced that all North Central Texas locations will close early on Thursday, May 14, as employees gather for the annual Goodwill Gathering 2026 appreciation event.
According to the announcement, stores in Denton, Granbury, Weatherford, Cleburne, Mineral Wells, and the Roanoke ADC location will close at 3 p.m. All other stores and donation stations will close at 4 p.m.
Goodwill said normal business hours will resume on Friday, May 15.
The annual event serves as a way for the nonprofit organization to recognize employees whose work supports donation processing, retail operations, job training, and community assistance programs across North Texas.
