Benbrook Public Library Youth Programs Spotlight DIY Prom Flowers This Week.

Benbrook Public Library has a full week of youth activities lined up May 11 through May 16, including storytimes, sensory play, Dungeons & Dragons, and this week’s featured event, DIY Prom Flowers. Registration is required for the Friday afternoon activity.

10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. — Book Babies

Tuesday, May 12
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. — Explore and Play
10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. — Preschool Storytime
11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. — Bilingual Storytime

Wednesday, May 13
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. — Baby Sensory
10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. — Book Babies
4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. — Tween 3D Modeling (Cancelled)

Thursday, May 14
5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. — Dungeons & Dragons Campaign

Friday, May 15
4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. — DIY Prom Flowers (Registration Required)

The weekly spotlight, DIY Prom Flowers, gives teens a chance to create custom floral pieces just in time for prom season while learning a little creativity and design along the way.

Benbrook Public Library serves children, tweens, teens, and families throughout the community with programs designed to encourage learning, creativity, and connection beyond the classroom.
