BENBROOK, TX — Mildred Diane Walker Brawley, 69, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2026, in Fort Worth, surrounded by family.
Known to many simply as Diane, she lived her faith in a way that shaped the people around her. Family members remember her as someone who led with humility, offered forgiveness freely, and showed consistent kindness in everyday moments. Her life was marked less by words than by the way she treated others, leaving a steady, lasting influence on those who knew her.
A celebration of life service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 13, at Briarwood Church, with Pastor Jamisen Hancock officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.
