Football season is almost here, and excitement is building around Benbrook.
With the start of the school year just two weeks away, the Benbrook Bobcats have unveiled their 2026 football schedule as they look to build on last season’s strong 6-5 overall record and 4-1 district finish.
The Bobcats open the season on Aug. 27 against Trimble Tech at Farrington Field before taking on a challenging slate that includes district matchups with Kennedale, Diamond Hill Jarvis, Carter Riverside, and Western Hills.

- Oct. 23: Diamond Hill Jarvis (Senior Night) at Farrington Field

- Nov. 5: Dunbar at Handley Field
Fans will want to mark a few key dates on the calendar. Homecoming is set for Oct. 15 against Carter Riverside at Clark Stadium, while Senior Night will be celebrated Oct. 23 against Diamond Hill Jarvis at Farrington Field. The regular season concludes Oct. 30 with the annual crosstown rivalry against Western Hills at Clark Stadium.
