Benbrook parents looking to get their kids involved in soccer may have to look just beyond the city limits—but options are growing closer to home.
While local leagues have historically been scarce, one of the most common choices remains the Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association, located just minutes from Benbrook. Families can explore league details and sign up at fwyouthsoccer.org.
For those wanting to stay closer to home, Benbrook is now seeing grassroots efforts to grow the sport locally. Soccer coach Goran Krndija is offering group lessons for kids ages 5 and up, catering to all skill levels. It’s a great way for children to test the waters, stay active, and build confidence on the field.
Residents have also suggested looking into Game On Indoor Soccer and i9 Sports Benbrook, known for its organized and beginner-friendly programs, and Cowtown Soccer League, which currently has open registration for its Spring 2 season.
While Benbrook may not yet be a major soccer hub, the momentum is building—giving young athletes more ways to get in the game.
