Western Hills Pyramid Choir Delivers a Night of Holiday Joy.

Benbrook was alive with holiday cheer last night as the Western Hills Pyramid Choir filled the First Baptist Church Benbrook with stunning harmonies and festive spirit
Sounds of The Season.

The packed sanctuary witnessed an extraordinary showcase of musical talent, from the youngest elementary school singers to the seasoned voices of Western Hills High School.

Blake Glass, the Western Hills High School Choir Director, orchestrated an unforgettable evening, bringing together choirs from Luella Merrett Elementary, Waverly Park Elementary, Western Hills Elementary, Leonard Middle School, and Western Hills High School. Their collective effort resulted in a seamless blend of artistry and emotion, leaving the audience in awe.

The concert featured an eclectic selection of songs, including the delicate beauty of Carol of the Bells, the soulful power of Ride On, King Jesus, and the playful charm of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. A serene rendition of Relaxing on an Autumnal Morning gave way to a show-stopping finale with Total Praise that seemed to lift the very roof with its electrifying resonance.

The community’s pride was palpable as every note echoed through the packed venue. From the choir students and their dedicated teachers to the accompanists and the visionary Mr. Glass, the night was a testament to the power of music to unite and inspire.

If you missed this evening of Christmas spirit, a few song clips are available on the Cougar Pride Alliance Facebook page. Congratulations to the Western Hills Pyramid Choir for delivering a night that tickled ears, touched hearts, and embodied the season’s joy.

Keep singing your way to the top—Benbrook is cheering you on!
