Benbrook, get ready to cheer—Western Hills High School has reason to celebrate.

Former Cougar athlete Trishtan Willis is now a conference champion at Texas Wesleyan University after winning the 2025 SAC Conference Outdoor 110 Meter Hurdles title.

Willis, once a standout on the Western Hills track team, continues to blaze trails at the collegiate level, and his latest win is a proud moment for the entire Benbrook community.

From Cougar colors to championship gold, Trishtan’s rise is a reminder that Cougar pride runs strong—on and off the track.
