With nearby construction affecting traffic, the Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce is encouraging guests to allow a little extra time and to follow a specific route to avoid delays.

The recommended path is straightforward. Take Loop 820 to Exit 1A at Team Ranch Road. From there, follow the 820 access road to Aledo Road, turn right, and then take the first right into 8270 Aledo Road.

The entrance to Defender Outdoors Clay Sports Ranch will be on your right.

Event organizers are asking attendees to watch for posted signage and allow enough time to arrive before registration and the required safety briefing.
