A clean car can help support a good cause in Benbrook this week.
Caliber Car Wash at 9012 Benbrook Blvd. is partnering with the Benbrook Lions Club for a three-day fundraiser Aug. 14 through Aug. 16. Half of the profits during the event will go to the Lions Club in support of its community work, including efforts focused on vision care.
The fundraiser runs from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
So, if the Texas summer has left a layer of dust on your ride, this is a chance to wash it off while giving back close to home.
