Joining the Chamber puts your name on the membership list. Knowing what to do with that membership can make a bigger difference.
The Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce spent Thursday helping local business owners learn just that during its Quarterly Membership Orientation.
Members got a closer look at available resources, ways to get involved, opportunities to build relationships, and tools to increase their visibility in the Benbrook business community.
Among those attending were Tammy Maverick, Cole Armerding with New Day Landscaping, and Kristy Rust.
The orientation also gave newer members a chance to meet people behind other local businesses, something that can be easy to miss when membership begins with an application or directory listing.
Now the Chamber is turning the conversation over to its current members, asking a simple question: Which Chamber benefit or connection has been most valuable to your business so far?
