Bobcats Slip Again as Early-Season Challenges Continue.

The Benbrook Bobcats came into Friday’s matchup hoping to shake off a tight loss to OD Wyatt, but the night ended in familiar territory.

Life Waxahachie, the same team that handed them a defeat last November, controlled the game from start to finish and delivered a 75-43 loss to the Bobcats.

It marked the second straight setback for a squad still trying to find its early-season identity. With the loss, Benbrook moved to 1-2 on the year.

The good news is the Bobcats will not have to wait long for a chance to reset. They return home for a Monday afternoon matchup against Abilene Cooper at 12:30 p.m., giving them a shot to steady the season in front of their own crowd.

Benbrook fans will be watching to see if this young group can turn the page and get back in the win column.
