While the Lady Bobcats dominated their match, the Benbrook Bobcats boys’ soccer team couldn’t find their rhythm Friday night, falling to the Southwest Raiders in a tough district matchup.
Southwest got their revenge after a loss to Benbrook in January 2020, handing the Bobcats their second straight district defeat. With the 2-7 overall record (0-2 in district play), the Bobcats now sit 8th in district standings and are searching for a spark.
Up next, Benbrook will need to shake off the loss quickly as they gear up for a high-intensity rivalry match against the Western Hills Cougars on Tuesday at 8 PM. Expect a battle as these two teams fight for city bragging rights!
