Benbrook residents have a new reason to gather this fall as the Benbrook Youth Baseball and Softball Association kicks off the season with a lively charity softball event.
The showdown will pitch the Benbrook Police Officers Association against the Benbrook Professional Firefighters Association at Dutch Branch Park on Friday, September 12, starting at 7 PM.
The event is free and family-friendly, inviting everyone to enjoy a night of fun, friendly competition, and community spirit. Concessions will be available, along with event t-shirts for sale. Families and local businesses also have the opportunity to sponsor the event, with their names or logos featured on the t-shirts.
All proceeds will support a charitable cause chosen by the winning team, giving attendees the opportunity to cheer for their favorite team while contributing to a worthy cause.
Benbrook residents are encouraged to spread the word, bring friends, and fill the stands for a night of community, fun, and friendly rivalry.
