Benbrook Residents Invited to Weigh In on Zoning Changes

The Benbrook Planning and Zoning Commission is set to meet Thursday, August 14, at 7 PM in the Council Chambers at 911 Winscott Road. Residents will have the chance to speak during the public comment portion before the commission reviews updates, including a proposed zoning text amendment.

The amendment would add new requirements for on-site signage when zoning change applications are filed, aligning city rules with recent updates to the Texas Local Government Code.
