That plastic bag tucked under your kitchen sink could be your ticket to a free day at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden!
In celebration of Texas Recycles Day, H-E-B is sponsoring free general admission November 13 through 15, giving North Texas families a chance to enjoy 110 acres of fall gardens while doing a little good for the environment.
Getting in is simple. Bring one single-use plastic bag or plastic bottle per person, and everyone in your group receives free admission that day. The collected plastics will be recycled.
It’s a pretty good trade: less plastic waste and a day enjoying one of Fort Worth’s favorite outdoor attractions.
