Benbrook Celebrates Young Entrepreneurs After Successful Lemonade Day.

The lemonade stands may be packed up, but the excitement surrounding Lemonade Day Benbrook is still going strong.

This week, the Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce gathered at Benbrook Par 3 Golf Course to celebrate the young entrepreneurs who spent the past several months planning, building, and operating their own lemonade businesses across the community.

The celebration included awards, certificates, pizza, cookies, mini golf, and plenty of proud smiles as students were recognized for their creativity, confidence, and hard work.

Organizers said Lemonade Day is designed to teach much more than how to sell drinks. Through the process, kids learn budgeting, problem-solving, customer service, leadership, and what it feels like to turn an idea into something real.

The Chamber also thanked the parents, volunteers, sponsors, and behind-the-scenes supporters who helped make the program possible from start to finish.

Additional recognition is still ahead for some participants, with more young entrepreneurs expected to be honored soon at Benbrook City Hall by Mayor Jason Ward.

This year’s Lemonade Day stretched far beyond a single Saturday event. It became a community-wide effort focused on helping local kids dream bigger, build confidence, and take their first steps into entrepreneurship.
