If getting back into a workout routine has been sitting on the to-do list, the Benbrook YMCA is making September a little easier on the wallet.
Through Sept. 30, adults can join the Benbrook Community Center YMCA for $19.99 per person, which covers the September membership and joining fee. Regular monthly membership rates begin in October.
Membership includes access to cardio and strength equipment, group exercise classes, the year-round indoor pool, indoor walking track, and gymnasium. Families can also use the Y Playhouse, with member pricing available for youth programs and sports.
It is a chance to try the Y for more than a quick workout. Whether that means swimming a few laps, taking a class, walking indoors, or simply finding something active to do with the family, new members have the rest of September to settle in and see what fits.
The Benbrook Community Center YMCA is located at 1899 Winscott Road in Benbrook. The September offer ends Sept. 30, and residents can stop by the branch to join.
