Benbrook families, educators, and neighbors will have a chance to speak directly with Fort Worth ISD leaders next week about what they are seeing in local schools and what they hope to see moving forward.
FWISD Board President Pete Geren will host a Benbrook Community Listening Session from 6:45 to 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, at The Church at Benbrook, 930 Winscott Road.
The district adjusted the meeting date to better fit schedules across the Benbrook school pyramid, giving the community an opportunity to turn that accommodation into participation.
The evening is meant to be just that: a listening session. Families, educators, and community members are invited to share their experiences, concerns, and ideas with FWISD School Board members.
If you can’t attend, you can still be heard. FWISD is asking residents to complete a brief community survey and share their perspective.
