BENBROOK, TX – The Benbrook Lady Bobcats soccer team put on an offensive clinic against cross-town rivals Western Hills, cruising to a 10-2 victory in dominant fashion.
The Lady Bobcats wasted no time, jumping out to a commanding 6-1 lead by halftime before sealing the win.
It was a goal-scoring frenzy, with standout performances from Lily Chavez (5 goals), Sydney Chavez (2), Randee Slater (2), and Lexi Garcia (1).
Meanwhile, the Bobcats boys’ squad fought hard but came up just short in a heartbreaking 1-0 loss to Western Hills. The boys’ team now sits at 2-8 overall and 0-3 in district play, looking to turn things around as the season continues.
