Tarrant County Judge Tim O’Hare is officially running for re-election, launching his bid with a reported $400,000 in campaign funds.
Since taking office in 2023, O’Hare has positioned himself as a strong conservative voice focused on limiting government, safeguarding taxpayer dollars, and defending traditional values.
His campaign highlights support for recent election process changes and emphasizes his leadership in redistricting efforts, though the latter is now the focus of a federal lawsuit. O’Hare maintains that the new district lines better represent the county’s conservative base.
He enters the race with endorsements from big political names, including Senator Ted Cruz and Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick. As the campaign heats up, residents across Tarrant County will be watching closely to see how his record and reputation hold up in a competitive race.
