BENBROOK, TX – The Western Hills High School Choir hit a high note this weekend as three talented students earned a spot in the TMEA Texas All-State Choir—a prestigious achievement in the world of high school music.
Seniors Sebastian Alonso and Luis Hernández claimed the top-ranked Tenor and Bass spots in the DFW area for their division, while junior Kendyl Northrop added to the school’s growing legacy. This marks the second consecutive year Western Hills has produced three All-State singers—an impressive feat matched only by IM Terrell, a dedicated performing arts academy.
A special shoutout goes to Choir Director Blake Glass, whose dedication continues to elevate the program and inspire Cougar vocalists to greatness.
Congratulations, Cougars! You’ve made Western Hills proud! 🎶👏
