Single-Engine Plane Accident Near Granbury Under Investigation.

On Sunday evening, emergency responders rushed to the scene of a single-engine airplane accident northeast of Granbury, just a short drive from Benbrook.

North Hood County VFD, Cresson Volunteer Fire Department, Hood County Fire Marshal’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas EMS, and Hood County Sheriff’s Office all responded.

Thankfully, the pilot emerged unharmed. Authorities from the FAA and NTSB are investigating the cause of the incident.
