There are ribbon cuttings, and then there are moments that genuinely leave an impression.
That was the feeling shared by many who attended the recent grand opening celebration at Serenity View Assisted Living & Memory Care, where community members, business leaders, and supporters gathered alongside the Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce to officially welcome the new care community.
Guests were welcomed with tours of the facility, food, conversation, and even a caricature station, but organizers said what stood out most was the atmosphere inside the building itself. Beyond the polished finishes and beautiful design, many described Serenity View as warm, intentional, and deeply personal.
During the ceremony, Dr. Tas shared the vision and heart behind Serenity View, emphasizing the community’s guiding phrase: “Love at All Times.” According to attendees, the message resonated far beyond the ribbon cutting itself, serving as a reminder that compassion and dignity remain at the center of quality care.
As Benbrook and the surrounding area continue to grow, community spaces built around connection, support, and care are becoming increasingly meaningful. For many who attended, Serenity View already feels less like a facility and more like a place designed to feel like home.
