Local craftsman Made by Duc, LLC is currently onsite installing cabinets and finishing interior trim, a stage that often signals a major turning point in any renovation. With each detail completed, the vision for Serenity View becomes more tangible and personal.
One feature catching early attention is the rosettes around the windows. The design was intentionally chosen to honor the building’s original character and reflect the style once known at Cafe 1187. Preserving that sense of history was important as the space transitions into a new chapter serving local families.
With trim work nearing completion, interior painting is next, marking another meaningful milestone as Serenity View prepares to welcome residents.
