Rolling Hills PTA Reflects on Year of Reading, Growth, and Community Support.

As the school year winds down, members of the Rolling Hills Elementary School PTA are taking a moment to look back on a year filled with learning, encouragement, and plenty of books.

One of the highlights came during Literacy Week earlier this year, when the PTA partnered with Mrs. Katie Atkins to help promote a love for reading across campus. Thanks to PTA memberships and community sponsorships, every student at Rolling Hills Elementary received a brand-new book to take home and keep.

PTA leaders said the effort was about more than just handing out books. It was about creating excitement around reading and making sure students had something of their own to enjoy long after the school day ended.

The organization also thanked parents, sponsors, teachers, and community supporters who helped make programs and events possible throughout the year.

As classrooms begin closing out another semester, the PTA says the memories that stand out most are the moments where students were encouraged, supported, and reminded that their school community was cheering them on.
