Saving enough for a down payment can be one of the biggest hurdles to buying a home. But for some Benbrook-area residents, another option may be worth exploring.
Mortgage lender loanDepot is promoting its Access Zero program, designed to help eligible homebuyers purchase a home with little to no money out of pocket.
The program offers FHA financing with down payment assistance, has no income limits, and is available to qualified first-time and repeat homebuyers.
Local loan consultant Brandi O’Donald is helping prospective buyers learn about the program and determine whether they qualify.
While the program may reduce upfront costs, eligibility requirements apply, and all loans are subject to credit and property approval. Assistance is not guaranteed, and other restrictions may apply.
Residents interested in learning more can contact Brandi at 817-213-7854 or brandi.odonald@loandepot.com.
If you’ve been putting off buying a home because of the down payment, it may be worth asking a few questions before ruling out the possibility.
